End User License Agreement (EULA)

In short: the Exportelier apps are licensed under the Atlassian standard end-user agreement shown on our Marketplace listings, together with our Provider Specific Terms. We do not impose a separate licence agreement of our own.

Which agreement applies

Both apps — Exportelier and the optional Exportelier Automation — are distributed exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace. For every version we have adopted Atlassian's standard end-user agreement. The authoritative text, including our Provider Specific Terms, is displayed on each app's Marketplace listing and applies from the moment you install or use the app.

Our Provider Specific Terms cover only a small number of additions, in particular the governing law and place of jurisdiction, and the reference to our Data Processing Agreement.

Provider Specific Terms

  • Provider: Exportelier — Inhaberin Julia Röhling, Keisershoop 9, 38442 Wolfsburg, Germany (see Legal Notice).
  • Governing law: the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  • Place of jurisdiction: Wolfsburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Data protection: our Data Processing Agreement forms part of the agreement wherever we process personal data on your behalf.

If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected and take precedence over any conflicting provision.

Billing, trials and refunds

Licensing, pricing, taxes, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian through the Marketplace. Free plans and evaluation periods are described on the listing and in our documentation.
